Description
Used in the first gulf war by the US Army. The design is somewhat similar to the Fishtail Parka used in the Korean war. That garment was also meant for extra warmth by wearing it over the normal uniform and equipment. However this night camouflage parka has a button closure instead of a zipper. Although the camouflage pattern wasn’t effective at all against modern night vision equipment that was used during the first gulf war the camouflage pattern lives on in modern day army inspired clothing and equipment.
