Optimus 99 Petrol stove

Description

This stove comes in a aluminium storage box instead of a metal one that can loos it’s paint and get rusty. Uses the same key for flame control as the Svea 123R and the Optimus 8R. It is a self pressurising stove without a pump. The heat from the stove will cause the air above the fuel in the tank to expand and force the fuel towards the burner head. The stove is started up by igniting alcohol in the spirit cup under the burner.

Condition: In full working order. The strap to pack the two halves of the storage tin together is still there. The gripper tool for using the top half of the box as a pan is missing.
